Marisol Alcaraz

Marisol grew up in the West Town neighborhood. Diversity has always played an important role in her personal and professional life. Growing up, most of the kids were first generation US born from immigrant parents, an important aspect that made her understand the importance of community. She remembers everyone in her neighborhood would share foods, games, and the language from their native lands. 

Everyone is from somewhere and wants to have a place where they belong. For Marisol that is one of the most powerful aspects of working in real estate. She works with clients who come from different places and backgrounds looking for a place to call their own. She is ready to help them all! Just like when she was growing up with Mexican, Puerto Rican, Poles, Italian, Dominican, Ecuadorian, and Filipino kids in her neighborhood, she feels at home helping her clients buy their new homes.

With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, Marisol has helped fulfill the real estate dreams of many of her clients. She finds it fulfilling to be able to help and teach her clients what goes into buying a house. There’s a satisfaction in knowing and seeing first-hand how proud her clients feel when they understand the process. She loves helping people, especially people who are often taken advantage of and treated poorly. That’s why she became a real estate broker, to be a realtor that will hold her client’s hand through the process and help in any way that she can.
