Fabiola’s involvement in schools and events around her neighborhood helped her realize there was a lack of access to important information within her community. Residents did not have the required knowledge to make better decisions for the real estate future of their families. So, she embarked on a journey to better prepare herself to help families searching for a new home.

Understanding that knowledge is power was the driving fuel for Fabiola to go into the real estate industry.

Fabiola believes that being able to explain to families that they too can be homeowners is priceless. Her organizational and communication skills is a great resource to achieve her clients' real estate goals and make the home-buying process more of a breeze.

Keeping her clients informed throughout the process is one of Fabiola's guarantees. The home-buying process is not as smooth as her clients think it is and at times it can be a rollercoaster ride, but she is always by her clients’ side every step of the way.

Fabiola’s motto is simple: family comes first, and to her, clients are family. She will do all she can to guide them to that most wanted table, the closing table, no matter how long it takes. All while keeping her goal of being a source of information to all families in her community and beyond.
